Peggy The Cocker Spaniel is a citizen of Hoop City & a pass-time street basket brawler. She loves her gang composed of Rex & Hector. She likes to tease and cause trouble with her gang, while we don’t know much about her thoughts on The Shell Fires, we do know she supports her friends and loves hanging out with them.
